Hi, I have just been
pointed to your site by a friend and have to say I have enjoyed browsing
around it. I own an Irish Canal Boat 68M which had a Bollinder in it from
1936 when it was built until 1980 when it went out of Service. I met a guy
from England about 10 years ago who told me that he had (or) knew where
68M's Bollinder was in the UK. Would be intrested in finding out about it.
In the meantime the Herritage Boat Association (HBA) in conjunction with
the Inland Waterways Association of Ireland (IWAI) Offaly Branch intend to
start restoration to working order its Bollinder thats been a display
model for the last twenty years. So from a Bollinder prespective things
are starting to turn around in Ireland.
Thanks
Gerry

I've just come across a
2 cyl Bolinder engine fitted to a Muntkells tractor from the 1950's. Would
like to know more about these if anybody has any info.
Thanks in
advance.

A very interesting
presentation. I am the nephew of Jack Taylor of Moore who was one of the
owners of 'MINNOW', he is alive and well and still lives by the
Bridgewater canal at Moore, although he does not have a computer I shall
hard copy this information and pass it to him (as long as you have no
objections). yours, Alan Barton.
