Manifold & Thermostat

Manifold cleaned up and ready for assembly

In order left to right thermostat, sealing ring (rubber)
widget, home made gasket and manifold cover

Manifold with thermostat and sealing ring in situe

Widget fitted (has a locating pin to ensure correct alignment)

Gasket in place (so exited camera is shaking) ok didn't check images until all assembled!

Ready for bolting up, next step take back to boat with head and final assembly
